When you create an account or register for a program, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your player's name and birth year. When you make a payment, your payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details. For Garage Lab bookings, we collect your address to verify you are within our service area.

We use your information to manage program registrations, process payments, send scheduling confirmations and reminders via email and SMS, and communicate important updates about your player's programs.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS notifications
• Resend — email communications
• Google Maps — address validation for Garage Lab

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

5. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive transactional emails and SMS messages related to your registrations, payments, and session schedules. You may update your notification preferences in your account settings.
